Morbid Troupe

Pledged to Nurgle, King of contagious diseases, disfiguring debilitating illnesses and putrefaction, lord of epidemic. Came out from Nurgle Death Guard (explaining the white armors), this group separate from it to match the structure the most appreciated by their god: enlarged family group : a partiarch, Anthrax, and his followers. They are nomadic, visiting manned planets and spreading epidemics on their way. They are fiercely opposed to the XIIIth Wolves, for obvious theologic reasons.

Anthrax the Leprous, Conductor of the Moribund Masquerade, Adviser of the Morbid Troupe, Plaque-Stricken of Nurgle, Contagious Agent of the Lord Of Epidemics. He is accompanied by the Contaminators. Anthax is less an army general than a patriarch or a wantrein troupe guide: he cherish his soldiers and his demons like his sons, and travel through the universe restlessly to spread diseases offered by his "father" Nurgle.

Spitpus Oozebile: Nurgle is the only one of the four Chaos Powers to have Avatars rather than greater demons : Great Unclean Ones are miniatures of Nurgle himself, as nurglings are miniature copies of Great Unclean Ones.
